Sheila Callaghan is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She received her 200 training hours with Yogaworks, and completed an additional 60 training hours with ROAM yoga in the art and architecture of "flow."
