Marika Paquin is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, initially Sivananda trained.  She is on the faculty of the Sensory Enhanced Yoga Institute (SEYI) and is their Canadian trainer and trains in Ukraine.  She is a Canadian occupational therapist, psychotherapist. 

She has training in Structural Yoga Therepy, Warriors at Ease, Yoga of the Heart, Veteran Yoga Project, Mindful Resilience, Mindfulness based CBT, relaxation/stress management, et. al. She specializes in yoga for veterans with PTSD and their family.  She volunteers in Ukraine doing SEY with veterans/combatants and their wives, and is part of a research project.
