My mission is to inspire others to live their best lives while finding mind-body-soul balance. Yoga is a way of life, not just something you do on your mat!
A long time yoga student, I have been teaching yoga since I completed my RYT200hrs in Rishikesh, India in February 2018. Plenty has changed in the last two years as we all collectively faced the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, but I was very lucky to have maintained a varied online community during this time, teaching group classes and 1:1 sessions via Zoom. My daytime classes revolve around Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow, where I create an all-inclusive environment, so that everyone can enjoy the benefits that yoga can bring to their lives. My evening online classes offer a mix of Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, with a revolving focus each week. I am so pleased to be back teaching regular in person classes again at Zen Yoga, Camberwell in London, and cannot wait to start deep-diving into some of my favourite yoga subjects in the Workshop Series starting again in April 2022.
I really explored my yoga practice and studies during lockdown too, which helped me in deepening my own spiritual practice. Alongside this I completed my Reiki Master training, Mental Health First Aider and Shadow Mastery certifications, and am continuing to study for Diplomas in Mindfulness and Shamanic/Energy Healing. I was drawn to these areas in particular through a long held interest in the folklore of the British Isles and the shamanic teachings of the Wheel of the Year , listening with my heart to a calling to work with these energies in my life and in how I teach yoga too.
I look forward to offering some CE course in the coming months to share in this community of teachers and lifelong students
