Jessica Friedman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Jessica has furthered her education by going to The Asheville Yoga Center and getting an additional 16.5 hrs of training in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Libby Hinsley.
