Julia Carpenter is a RYT 500 yoga teacher. She enjoys teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal, and Children's yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2013 and loves sharing the power of breath and movement with her students to promote greater well being. She also teaches meditation and is a certified Reiki practitioner.
