Motoko MORITA is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training 200hours at Registered Yoga School "Rishikesh Yogashara" in Machida,Tokyo,JAPAN.
Currently lives in Yokohama,Kanagawa,JAPAN. Teaches private lessons in various places. Weekly online regular class is scheduled on every Saturday night using Zoom. Personal lesson classes held every Monday at "Smile Body" in Aobadai,Yokohama and weekly private small group lessons held at "atelier rocca" in Aobadai,Yokohama are always fully booked.
Instruction is basically alignment-orientated hatha yoga. Students immediately notice their body mechanism and starts to feel the change; which they feel that it is fun and interesting experience. Her lesson also meets the needs of almost every kinds of uneasiness. Her students are wide ranged from 10 to 70 years old.
Motoko is also a well trained Japanese-English translator/interpreter. Able to teach Yoga in English as well as in Japanese.
