I am a lifetime student of yoga and passionate teacher who strives to hold space for students to expand their capacities, and to discover the voice of their own innate wisdom. My practice continues to widen my aperture and expand my capacity to experience my life and I strive to hold that same space for you. My classes offer strong physicality and connection to breath, with many invitations to witness your internal states and fluctuations. I’ve experienced a whole life transformation for myself through yoga and my highest aim is to help illuminate this path for others. 

I completed my 200-hour Baptiste Power Yoga training in 2018, and have since completed additional immersive training in power yoga, assisting, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. I am a certified Relax and Renew® teacher of restorative yoga. In 2021, I completed an 85 hour prenatal certification. 

When not on my mat, you can find me exploring Bellingham’s many outdoor spaces with my husband and three boys, gardening and cooking. Come and discover a new possibility for yourself!
