Bayley Thompson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She resides in Shelby County, Ky, and teaches in Frankfort and Shelbyville. Besides Hatha Vinyasa style yoga, she teaches Chair Yoga for seniors and Trauma Sensitive yoga for veterans. An avid practitioner and instructor of Tai Chi Chuan, she also teaches Yin Yoga, a merging of hatha yoga and Taoist philosophy. It is her passion to help people learn to love and listen to their bodies through yoga. Bayley is also an iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Level 1 Teacher, facilitating iRest for groups and individuals.
