I approached yoga in March 2013. I started practicing at the YogaArte school in Rome with increasing passion and involvement.
My teachers, Michela Manuppella and Flaminia Tolomeo, have given me the opportunity to deepen more and more into yoga both as a personal path and in training as a teacher.
In 2014 I started to assist them and help them during childrens’ lessons aged between 9 to 16 (teen yoga) and, under their supervision, by the end of the year, I started teaching.
In January 2015, I started the RTY 200 training course and in March 2016 I obtained the Instructor Moving Yoga RYT 200 certificate.
In 2016 I started teaching Moving Yoga to adults in the intermediate level classes.
I am continuing the training within Yoga Arte to get the title of Teacher Moving Yoga RYT 500 H.
In June 2015 I participated with Yoga Arte at Matera yoga festival and in September 2016 at the Yoga Festival in Rome.
I have followed intensive workshops and seminars both with my Teachers and with International Masters, italian (Roberto Milletti, Francesca Cassia, Jacopo Ceccarelli, Piero Vivarelli) and from the rest of the world (Suresh Kumar, David Sye), always trying to enrich this infinite journey that yoga is.
