José Manuel Vázquez was born in Irun, Guipuzcoa (02/15/1971). President of the Shiva-Shakti Integral Yoga. Certified teacher from the American Yoga Alliance(.) and the Spanish Association of Yoga practitioners, member of the European Union of Yoga, member of IAYT and a recognized teacher by the Professional Association of Yoga instructors in Madrid.

He has also participated as a technical specialist in the development of professional qualifications of yoga for the national catalog of professional qualifications of the National Institute of Qualifications of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science (2008/2009 Madrid).

He began teaching in 1992. Since then he taught at public and private schools in Madrid. From 2001 to 2008 he directed the introduction to yoga workshops for young people coordinated by the Youth Institute of the Community of Madrid. He has also coordinated the magazine Yoga and Health (1998-2003) of the professional association of yoga teachers in Madrid.
