Thu Le is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

She practices Yoga and meditation. Her yoga teaching is a combination of Breathing, Asanas and Mindfulness, so learners can connect the body and mind and be fully present in here and now to listen, love, lead oneself first before listening, loving and leading others toward the better version of our life. Mindfulness songs are generally used toward the end of her practice session to help practitioners relax and appreciate the happy moments  on and beyond the yoga mat. 

She was a volunteer yoga coach in the Yoga club at Intel Products Vietnam for 3 years as an Intel yoga ambassador employee from June 2015 to June 2017. She sometimes coached yoga also for Schneider Electric employees where she worked and some school students in her network. 

For another 3 years, she taught yoga in the Yoga club at Phuoc Binh ward, District 9, HCMC for the community where she lives.
