I have been teaching Yoga since 2011.

I teach different styles of yoga tailored and customised to each person's individual needs, goals and limitations.

The styles I teach are -

       Hatha, Raja Yoga

       Ashtanga vinyasa yoga (primary series)

       Yin Yoga

       Power Yoga 

       Vinyasa Yoga

       IWC yoga for health

       Pilates (derived from yoga, but not a yoga style)

I have helped several people lose weight, get healthy. This is with the help of Yoga, nutrition strategies and lifestyle changes. followed up with the guidance of coaching.
