Anka Hörster ist Personal-, Health- und Achtsamkeits-Coach, Yogalehrerin und Krankenschwester. Sie unterstützt intelligente und empfindsame Menschen, die sich oft erschöpft und gestresst fühlen darin, in ihrem Leben mehr Freude, Ruhe und gesundes Wohlbefinden zu erleben.
Geboren als entdeckungsfreudiges und empfindsames Kind war Anka liebevoll ermutigt, die Welt zu entdecken. Sie studierte verschiedene Künste, arbeitete als Musikerin, wurde Krankenschwester und Lehrerin. Jahre in Meditations-Klausuren folgten und führten zu einer Karriere als Coach, Autorin und Yogalehrerin.
Anka Hoerster is a yoga teacher, mindfulness-, health- and personal coach, and nurse. She supports bright and good-hearted people who are struggling with stress and overwhelm and who really want to find their way back home to more joy, balance and love.
Born as a curious and sensitive child, Anka was encouraged to explore the world. She studied different arts, eventually becoming a nurse and receiving a Master’s degree in education. Seven years in full-time meditation retreat followed and lead to a career as a teacher of meditative and somatic skills, a writer and coach in the mind-body field. Anka has also been inspired by working with those of us who are reflecting on and celebrating their life at its end.
Anka is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She specializes in Mindfulness, Meditative Yoga and Meditation.
