Susan Robinson is an E-RYT 200 YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide, plus 300-hour Yoga Educator Certification at Nexus Institute completed her RYT-500, and 100-hour Self-Awakening Yoga, at Nexus Institute. Susan's interest in helping different populations benefit with yoga, she has studied specialties such as Senior Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga ,YogaBarre, Yoga Strength, Yoga for Moods and Ayerveda I, all with YogaFit's.professional trainers. Her style is eclectic and each class is tailored to what the students need as a whole. Fitness and safety are important in each class, along with a strong mind and body connection. Susan started doing a form of yoga called Yoga Nidra in 1974. From there she discovered Hatha Yoga and has many years of doing yoga on her own. She started her teaching career in 2007. Susan loves sharing yoga with all levels of experience, and offers options throughout the class. From gym atmospheres to a hospital wellness center special population yoga, private yoga lessons, wedding party yoga, school teachers after school yoga, you name it, Susan has probably taught it. What Susan loves most about teaching yoga is helping all to have a healthy and happy life, and learn to listen to their own body with respect and honor. Bringing Peace, Love, and Joy to the world.
