For me, yoga is taking care of myself.

And by sharing what I know, I can help teach others to take care of themselves also.

Yoga is union.... of the mind, body, and soul...

To understand yoga, you have to experience it. You can’t learn about it by reading about it... why don’t you give it a try?

A little bit about me...

I am passionate about life and believe that it should be fun. I enjoy yoga because it makes me feel great. I do my best to create a space where people feel welcome and want to return. I love people and have a genuine interest and care for others.

I began yoga as a form of exercise.  I found that being up and out early in the mornings was a positive way to begin my day. When my yoga teacher chanted three Oms, these vibrations sent shivers through me and I felt a deep connection... I was hooked...

Many people think yoga will be fun and easy. After my first class, I found it wasn’t as easy as I imagined, the great benefit was the sense of peace and joy I found.

What to Expect:

I completed my yoga teacher training in January 2018 and want to bring what I have learned to others. Yoga has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully

Is this class for You?

*As a sufferer of sciatica myself (since 2015), I am aware of working at my own pace and I will encourage students to move into poses that they feel comfortable in and importantly, to listen to their bodies.  Everyone's body is different and every day is different.  I encourage students to focus on no-one else but themselves, only this moment in time and this one movement.

*I want to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.”

*If you are trying to let go of the past and stop worrying about the future.  We will be learning to live consciously, in the now, focusing on only "this" moment and setting positive intentions.

Describe the type of yoga taught:

*Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga (or flow & holding poses)

*Classes will begin and end with a short meditation

*In my classes, I strive to bring a spirit of playfulness, positivity and a dose of inspiration.
