Founder of Yoga Vision, Ricarda teach yoga, meditation, ayurveda and yoga for the health since 15 years as teacher trainer and teacher in France and Germany. She works in entreprises, NGOs and privately.
She acquired her experience in different styles: Sivananda, Satyananda, Kundalini, Iyenger, Ashtanga, Vinyasa et Anusara. She did several seminars with David Swenson, John Friend and some other teachers. Very inspired by ayurveda she developed her expertise in yoga for the health through many trainings and uses her expertise in collective classes as well as in individual yoga for the health cessions.
She also worked actively with her husband, coach in company, to adress the need of people to develop their self confidence, self esteem, creativity and leadership capacity. They together developped several programs mixing yoga, meditation, hypnosis ans coaching technics and opened an innovative MOOC on the subject.
