Michelle Brandt is a hatha yoga instructor in New York City, certified in Integral level 1, intermediate level 2, restorative and accessible yoga. Drawing inspiration and knowledge from a vast background in dance & physical theatre, she is passionate about movement as a means of expression and connection. Michelle studied Droznin movement for actors, an alignment based system, and spent many years training in classical ballet, the Cecchetti Method, and modern dance. She believes in the profound benefits of yoga for every body and is honored to share the practice with the NYC community.
