Hello and welcome! It is so good to have you here. I'm Laura Michelle (she/her), and I began practicing yoga almost 20 years ago, where I found a place of rediscovery, exploration and connection. I love creating accessible classes with use of props to encourage self-connection, self-discovery, and inviting you back to center of yourself.
