Denise Manning is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and Yoga Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). T. Denise graduated from a prestigious Yoga school in Thailand & is the owner of Dama Bonita, LLC. Dama Bonita provides Holistic Counseling and Spiritual Retreats in Puerto Rico and Georgia. T. Denise currently serves as a Coaching Psychologist & holds Masters Degrees in Professional Counseling, Life Coaching & Psychology. T Denise specializes in a wide variety of holistic modalities. Reiki Master, Certified Doula, Doula Instructor, Author and Combat Veteran are just a few designations she holds. T. Denise offers holistic counseling, recreational therapy, meditation and yoga for spiritual wellness and overall holistic health.
