I turned to yoga teacher training years ago to fulfill a need for life balance and inner peace. My favorite yoga styles are Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, and I create my sequences based on these three methods. My focus is on proper alignment instead of rushing through poses....

I turned to yoga teacher training years ago to fulfill a need for life balance and inner peace. My favorite yoga styles are Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, and I create my sequences based on these three methods. My focus is on proper alignment instead of rushing through poses. The great emphasis is to respect our body and to concede that self-care is equally important as considering others. My agenda for each class is to help the students feel refreshed, relaxed, and balanced after they step off the mat.

I take pride in being a lifelong learner, a conscientious observer, and a natural developer who has a great passion for helping others grow, transform, and experience success. I'm also a believer in connectedness where things happen for a reason, and everyone is a part of something bigger. I believe that everyone is on this earth to serve a purpose, and the connectedness we share implies responsibilities that we seize to benefit society at large.
