A surprise trip to Goa in 2011 changed the way I see life and made me realize there is more to it than sitting behind a desk for most of my days.
On my way back to Beirut, I started soul searching and became sure that I needed to love what I do to be happy in life, and that was at the exact same time I started practicing Yoga on a regular basis. I completely fell in love with the way it made me feel on a physical level and how I started to become more aware of my behavior and reactions. Quickly I became fascinated with its aims, roots and all the philosophy behind it.
I found myself drowned in articles and books about Yoga and researching a teacher training program in India.
After completing my 200h and teaching for 2 years, I embarked on the 300h training and decided to open my own studio in Beirut City.
Mandala Yoga Beirut opened its doors from August 2015 to August 2020.
I left for Montreal, in September 2020 and opened Studio Sukun in September 2023.
My classes are a mix of breathing, meditation and asana practice focused on intelligent sequencing and balancing flows.
I am grateful everyday for getting into Yoga, it has literally changed my life.
