Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self to the self.
My great love has always been travelling. Over the years I became more and more aware of the fact that it was actually about the inner journey and my longing for the distance was actually a longing for arriving, coming home. Travelling helped me to discover new things and to broaden my horizon. Yoga helped me to discover myself and broadened my horizon even more.
Fascinated by the versatility and depth of yoga, I completed my first yoga teacher training course in 2011 according to the teachings of Swami Sivananda. Further intensive workshops in Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga deepened my knowledge. In 2014 I got to know Prana Vinyasa, which broadened my yoga horizon enormously and really made me feel at home. In 2017 I completed my training with Shiva Rea. Since 2018 I also teach Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga gave me another deep feeling of arriving, coming home. I don't know how deep this journey can go and every day when I roll out my yoga mat I am excited about this adventure of inner journey.
