Roxanne (aka Roxy) Ring is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She began her movement journey through dance and fell in love with yoga in 2016 when she was residing near San Francisco. She believes that yoga is at once individual and inclusive and that it has the power to connect us all on a deep level (especially important in this day and age). Roxy teaches a variety of yoga styles and likes to include multiple movement modalities into her practice.
