Yoga helped Hazel recover from sports injury in the first place; then it opened the door for her career. She started Yoga teaching in Hong Kong, Thailand & Mainland China since 2004.

With her strong background in personal training, Hazel engaged in a series of Yoga Training and Development Programs. Not only falling in love with Yoga with a new perspective in life, Hazel has been pursuing research & training on TCM and studying Tibetan Buddhism.

Yoga is now a platform for Hazel to share wisdom, talents & knowledge with trainers and students. Hazel helps empower many people from all walks of life to achieve their goals by developing personal interests in Yoga with good skills and techniques. 

While there are various expertise that Hazel is capable to teach & train such as Music Therapy, Professional Rehabilitation, Personal Training, Hot Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga etc; her recent projects & focus are Yin Yoga, Tai Chi Yoga & Anti-gravity / Aerial Yoga. Hazel is indeed the first Yin Yoga instructor in Hong Kong and one of the first batch of Qualified Master Trainers in Aerial Yoga in the Region / Mainland.

With diverse knowledge and study in Eastern and Western culture of health, Hazel is best known for combining Yoga with rehabilitation and TCM on her teaching. 

After spending a number of years in Shanghai and the Mainland, Hazel returned to Hong Kong in 2015 and proud to join FAC as their Program Director. Hazel would be more than happy to share happiness, healthy mentality and spiritual enhancement skills with anyone whom are interested in Yoga. 

PS. Hazel had followed the Insight Yoga founder Sarah Powers , Yin Yoga founder Paul Grilley and also worked with YogainAsia founder Victor Chng. She completed relevant learning, teaching and training courses with the major leaders in the Yoga field. Hazel was a moderator of the YogainAsia and being appointed as lululemon's brand Ambassador. Hazel organized and delivered workshops training and retreats regularly at Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Nepal and Bhutan.
