Cheryl has been practicing yoga since 2000. With 5 kids and living in a farming community, she found that her yoga practice would sustain her through the rough next 17 years of her life. She found yoga to be the relief from emotional trauma and through the diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis and IBS, and the spiritual calm that helped her move forward on a path of inner wisdom and light.
She has been teaching since 2014.
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Cheryl completed 200hrs and registered through the Anusara School of Yoga, 300hrs with the InTune yoga school, 50hrs in YIN Yoga and Adaptive Yoga with Well with Abigail.
She specializes in alinement based, therapeutic, Spiritually Oriented, Gentle, Adaptive and Yin, and Flow yoga styles.
