Sarah is a yoga & acro instructor based in Saskatoon, SK, Canada.  Her classes are built around making movement and mindfulness fun and educational, allowing students of all ages and abilities to discover new yoga and movement skills throughout thier different stages of life. 

If you are an beginner or experienced student, Sarah would love to share her yoga knowledge and skills with you.  She is experienced in the yoga styles of hatha, slow flow, yin, restorative and acroyoga.
