Mandy Mae became an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor during the summer of 2017 while living in Hawaii, and furthered her education through SUP yoga instructor training while summering in the PNW during 2019. She had been a yoga enthusiast since 18, and is grateful she...

Mandy Mae became an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor during the summer of 2017 while living in Hawaii, and furthered her education through SUP yoga instructor training while summering in the PNW during 2019. She had been a yoga enthusiast since 18, and is grateful she finally has the tools to share the joy and restorative powers of yoga with others! Her training is based in the Iyengar method, and her teaching style centers on slow flows and mindful asanas. Mandy Mae loves the outdoors and especially enjoys any opportunity to play in the water. She lives in Long Beach, WA with her sweet hubby, wild house cat, golden snuggle pup, and lots of books. Mandy Mae dreams of leading yoga hiking retreats and day trips from her beautiful home in the PNW.
