Yoga has been a part of Savannah's life for over 10 years. As soon as Savannah took her first yoga class she really connected and resonated with the practice. Throughout her life, Savannah has felt victim to the urgency and rush of life. However yoga has shown her that she can take her time, that life is not a race and that she is enough just as she is. As someone who struggles with her mental health, Savannah has seen first hand just how powerful yoga can be for anxiety relief, mood regulation and overall mental wellbeing. She is so grateful for the opportunities for self growth and self connection that yoga offers as well as the space that yoga offers to deeply care for yourself. She also loves the connection and community aspects that yoga studios provide. Savannah looks forward to welcoming you to your yoga mat and being a part of your journey.
