I am a Yoga teacher who started my journey after visiting India. I was in Yoga since starting but after staying in Rishikesh it changed all my workings. I teach Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy. I include Anatomical approach during teaching to determine the scientific method of Asanas. I am also a Reiki practitioner and I believe that Yoga and Reiki both have incredible performance for a person.
