Jessica Lohrey

Jessica began practicing yoga in the late 90's as a way to stay in shape and reduce stress. After a life-changing motorcycle accident, her physical and spiritual healing led her deeper into the practice. Over the last 21 years she has studied teachings from the Krishnamacharya, Sivananda, and Kripalu lineages of yoga.
Jessica has a never-ending desire to learn, grow and share her experience in service to others. She specializes in private yoga and teaching others how to use yoga as a therapeutic tool for maintaining physical and emotional balance in our busy modern society.
Jessica is the owner and lead teacher at Oxford Community Yoga. She is both an Oxford native and a Miami grad. Jessica is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and is certified at the highest level as an E-RYT 500 and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance. Jessica is also the Program Director at The Interfaith Center at Miami University and the owner and aromatherapist at Tree of India.
