Tanya is a dedicated yoga teacher teaching kids and adults for over 10 years. In the past, she participated and collaborated with other yoga teachers for events like The Yoga Home's Yoga Jam workshop in Camiguin Island- October 2013; Project Oxygen's Yoga for World AIDS Day at the LKKS Atrium, December 2013; #SaveSexyCDO for HIV Awareness Day at Capitol University, 2016; and #SaveSexy2017 at Liceo de Cagayan University. Tanya has joined workshops under Will Tan for Vinyasa, 2014, Jon Cagas for Ashtanga Vinyasa, 2014; and Tin Omaga-Diaz for Vinyasa, 2016.
Tanya was an Aspiring Teacher Awardee (200 hrs) by Yoga Alliance US, Spring 2017. She was trained for multiple yoga styles, meditation, yoga nidra, and pranayama. She has certifications with Rainbow Kids Yoga-Om Shiva Yoga in Singapore 2012; Mahi Yoga in Koh Tao, Thailand, 2017 and Inside Flow Bali Summit, 2023.
Tanya continues to teach private and group classes in California and the Philippines. She continues to study yoga in making the experience inclusive for all practitioners. In addition, Tanya collaborates with other yoga teachers around the world for events and workshops. She is a licensed educator in California and the Philippines. She loves joining yoga classes in Montréal, New York, San Francisco, London, Bali, Singapore, Manila, and Cebu. Tanya's hobbies include free diving, scuba diving, surfing, sea kayaking, boxing, and traveling. The ultimate dive destination for her is the Tubbataha Reef and the Galapagos Islands.
