Amber Young is a Registered Massage Therapist (since 2006) and has been teaching yoga formally since 2016. She comes from a mindfulness based foundation and works with people through chronic pain, trauma, breast cancer, and wellness based yoga. She has teaches kundalini, restorative, and mindfulness based movement and meditation. Passionate about what she does in the world, she balances her yoga and massage with her husband and 2 sons - her greatest teachers.
