He is an international yoga teacher as he conducts various authentic yoga teacher training & workshops worldwide. His teaching and yoga have a holistic, spiritual and healing approach.
Bijay Ji was introduced to yoga when he was a child. A decade ago he had a Kundalini awakening that uplifted his spiritual practice, realizing that we all are one.
This made him renounce for many years from the materialistic life and he lived in isolation in ashrams for many years.
He specializes in asanas, pranayama, yoga philosophy, kundalini, kriyas, meditation, chakra healing ,hatha, vedic chants and tantra.
