Helen Han is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

 

I come from the southwestern chinese city of Chongqing. I first started my training at the Liandu Yoga School, Tianjin, where I studied 200 hours of in depth Hatha yoga. This helped me to experience the unity of breath and body and helped me to find personal peace and quiet. Later I would gain teaching experience in Tianjin and Chongqing. I hope to share the health benefits and happiness of yoga with everyone, whilst finding my inner self and quieting my life.

 

我来自中国西南城市，重庆。我最开始在天津莲渡瑜伽馆学习了200小时哈他瑜伽的深入学习，让我感受到呼吸与身体的结合，让我找到了自我内心的平静与安宁。后来在天津、重庆的瑜伽馆和健身房都有教学经验。我希望我可以将瑜伽的健康与快乐和大家分享，找到真我，放松生活。
