Lu fell in love with yoga on the beaches of NJ 11 years ago. Now a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance with more than 500 hours of experience. She is certified in Ariel Yoga and Yin Yoga and has trained with highly-regarded teachers like Tao Porchon-Lynch, one of her favorite teachers, and Karin Stephan. She has completed continuing education with Travis Eliot, Kino MacGregor, Rodney Yee, Sri Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, Colleen Saidman Yee, Carrie Owerko, Alan Finger, Natasha Rizopoulos and Baron Baptiste. Her teaching experience also includes working with children, teens and seniors.
Lu is a registered Integrated Holistic Hatha Yoga RYT200 multilingual teacher, reiki practitioner, certified M’lis Wellness Program consultant and Body Contour Specialist. She has a strong business background with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She is a mommy of three, yogini, photographer, snowboarder, real estate agent and earned her fashion design degree in Milan, Italy. She looks forward to sharing the knowledge and meaning of yoga as a invigorating tool and a way to connect within. Lu is a truly compassionate teacher who brings the study of yoga off the mat and into the practice of Life with humor and a positive outlook.
