When practicing with Amy, you are likely to find passion, challenge and lots of it! Amy's energetic and dynamic personality coupled with her down to earth, mid-west sense of humor rooted in stable values makes her a triple threat of power, ease and warmth.
Amy has dedicated the past 28 years to studying, practicing and teaching the body with the past 15 years concentration in vinyasa yoga. Amy is a gifted reader of the body, which is apparent in every class, workshop and teacher training you take with her. In addition to teaching groups, Amy specializes in working one on one with individuals facing a variety of issues from stress to illness to muscular-skeletal imbalances injuries and abnormalities.
Amy is the founder and owner of Stable Yoga which leads yoga retreats, workshops and teacher training all over the world. When at home, Amy can be found at Renew Yoga where she is the Director of Education and teaches weekly classes and monthly workshops. She continues to feed her inquiry for knowledge and is currently enrolled in a 1000hr training with Tiffany Cruikshank. Amy plans to expand her practice to working with health care practitioners in support to recover from illness and injury.
When not teaching yoga, Amy can be found busting out a crow pose on a trail run with her husband, on a hike with her girls or sharing her favorite new soup or green smoothie recipe with her friends and students. Stable Table, the name of Amy's blog and theme of many retreats is the perfect resource of Amy's knowledge on yoga, wholistic eating and great events she is hosting.
Amy Wolff is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT, which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS.
