I came to yoga in 2008 in hopes of maximizing my potential to live well with my condition, Multiple Sclerosis. I have since maintained a regular practice and have found yoga to be very beneficial not only to my overall health, but to all aspects of my life.
I graduated from the Orleans Yoga Shala 200-hour Teacher Training as well as completed David Swenson’s 40-hour Ashtanga Teacher Training in 2012.
My journey started with a pursuit for wellness, then led to a quest for knowledge and eventually instigated a desire to share what I had learned so that others could also benefit from the practice of yoga.
Jenny Samson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
