Tamara believes that daily awareness practices and small changes lead to more fulfilling lives. As a college professor and yoga instructor, she encourages people to find their joy and live in ways that are in alignment with their souls. She combines her love of yoga and dance to create classes that aim to calm and inspire all who attend.

Tamara received the RYT200 designation in 2017 and the RYT500 in 2023. She has also completed training in both Restorative and SUP Yoga.
