I am life long student of movement and mind/body practices and love to teach and practice yoga.  I have a background in gymnastics and dance and bring this bodily awareness to my classes.   I am also a double certified comprehensive Pilates instructor in both contemporary and classic forms.  I love to teach beginners, flow yoga slow and fast! I also am a soundhealther and teach yin and soundbaths, pranayama, and sometimes aromatherapy.     l  am a member of the Leigh PurtillBallet Company and an Irish Ceili dance instructor for The Celtic Arts Center.   My big love is for Rasa Yoga, and I am an ardent follower of Sianna Shermans teachings.  Additionally,  I studied yoga with Rocky Herron, Noah Maze, Nichol Chase, Greta Hill, Ozzie Aziz and many more fine instructors.   You can find me teaching classes in and around Burbank Ca.
