  I am also a Certified Cosmic Kids Yoga Teacher having finished my “ Getting started in Kids Yoga “ under the guidance of Jaime Amor.

   An ex(hausted) software professional who took a break to enjoy motherhood and found solace in yoga during pregnancy and post birth which drove me to pursue yoga at more deeper level and to find pleasure in spreading the joy of yoga to more people.
