I wholeheartedly believe that yoga is for everybody, and I teach just that. I hold a safe, open space where both self and community blossom and give you tools you can take home with you to use on or off the mat in your everyday life. I always give options, encourage usage of props and give you the freedom to choose what you need in each class while connecting to your breath and bringing awareness to yourself and gratitude for the practice. I am currently teaching pre/postnatal yoga and corporate yoga where I introduce alignment and flow.
