I am an active duty officer in the Royal Netherlands Army, proud to teach yoga in civilian life as within the military.
I teach Dru, Vinyasa, YIN and Restorative yoga tailored to anyone's needs.I also teach Yoga Nidra and iRest. I am a Certified Warriors at Ease yoga teacher and Breath Coach and more than capable to teach trauma sensitive/conscious yoga.
Currently studying Spiritual Care at VU Amsterdam.
