Namaste! Myself Archana Tachak, a certified yoga teacher ( RYT 200) from India. I follow traditional Hatha Yoga in my teaching with more focus on breathing and human anatomy while teaching Asanas. I believe in Yoga with combination of Pranayam, Meditation and Yognidra to get real benefits of Yoga. I offer one to one class, yoga workshops, online one to one yoga session and yognidra session.
My journey of Yoga started when I was studying in school and Yoga was part of activity in school. After schooling I did Yoga like on and off type. During my first pregnancy, I again started Yoga seriously. After having first kid I became little irregular in my Yoga practice which I resume during my second pregnancy. After experiencing personal benefits, I have done proper Teacher Training course to serve the society with Yoga.
I have done Masters in Information Technology and Bachelors in Computer Engineering. My hobbies includes Reading , Gardening and Dancing. I have been learning Bharatnatyam ( Indian classical dance) since last three years. I am working as a freelance Graphics Designer too.
My Belief: “ Yogasya Chittavrittinirodha: “ – yoga is all about removing of the fluctuations of the mind.Yoga strengthens our mental and physical health which is highly required in today’s modern life style.
