Parthi Prajapati is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

This might sound familiar and really close to home – I've travelled, graduated from University, lived a crazy single life, lived healthily, and lived very unhealthily, worked in various different industries. After all this life experience I find myself wondering what is next?

It was a vast confusion towards life de motivation; demoralised , unhappy, all negative vibes distorted my life completely. After few days I decided to join yoga classes to learn and practice for the fitness, but it took me to the place where I found it was yoga teachers training and without any hesitation I joined the training which was held for six month , and finally after six month i explored the real yogic lifestyle I became certified yogini.

This is when I took myself to my first yoga class and realised zed my love for yoga. Not only has yoga conquered my life and given me physical strength, I also found a life balance – happiness, control, motivation, inspiration, and a sense of calmness.

Currently there is many fads about health and lifestyle; what to eat, what foods are good (and what are not), what exercise you should be doing (or not doing), what supplements you should take, All this information gets really confusing! On top of that fitting in full time work, study, a social life, and fitness, life can become stressful and overwhelming.

2013 taught me that what works for someone else may not work for you. That what someone else needs may not be what you need. It taught me that you should take the time to listen to your body, to live in the present and not stress about the future; to not dwell on the past and be grateful and soak up the right now. Anyone close to me knows how much I have changed over the past 12 months both physically and mentally because of yoga.

Thus Yogini Life was born. A long term goal to find balance, passion, self.
