Gill Walker has enjoyed a 35 year career working with children, young people and families. Having practised yoga since 2003, she is delighted to have qualified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance . She offers Zen Yoga to increase body awareness, flexibility and strength for people of all ages. She particulary enjoys working with people who might never have considered yoga to enhance their everyday life. Gill encourages calming the breath, stillness of mind and relaxation in all aspects of her work. Gill is also a qualified 'Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher for health and well being ' and offers online 8 week programmes to encourage others to develop their daily practice.
