Jennifer Mackie is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT. She has completed multiple yoga teacher trainings at active RYS's. She holds teacher certifications in many lineages and styles. She finds the value in all forms of yoga, yet Kundalini yoga is her personal sustainer and foundation.
I am a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher registered with IKYTA. My daily sadhana (home practice) is Kundalini yoga.The practice has a profound effect on my wellbeing. I am honoured to now widen the teachings of Kundalini yoga to others so they too can experience a more integrated and balanced self.
I am also a certified ERYT500 with many advanced certifications and designations for using yoga as a therapeutic element to facilitate holistic healing. This approach allows whole body balance for physical conditions and pain management, to restore wellness.
I believe the path of yoga is a journey of life long learning. I take workshops whenever possible to keep fresh with my training and what I can offer as a teacher. I have recently done workshops with Sat Dharam Kaur, Susi Hately, Kreg Weiss and Sadie Nardini. I love to learn new techniques and hear other ideas and always benefit from my many different experiences.
It is my pleasure to teach and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to guide others on their journey.
