Alaena Ferreira is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT500 | YACEP | CYA-CYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher trainings with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Alaena is Trained in a multitude of Yoga, Therapeutic and Fitness offerings including the renowned Rainbow Kids Yoga and Cosmic Kids Yoga. Other modalities Alaena offers are Neurodevelopment, Reiki, Thai Yoga massage, Group Fitness, Aqua Fitness and Therapy. SUP Yoga, Certified Canada Paddle for Advanced Stand up Paddling and water rescue. Alaena is a proud member of the community as a Soccer Coach and Class ||| Referee.
