I am a RYT 200 qualifies Hatha Yoga Teacher.  I am passionate about yoga not only what it does for our body but really for what it does for our minds and our souls.  It has helped me find balance and calmness in a busy world.  I hope I can share my knowledge and keep learning along the way of my teaching.

 

 

I was living in Dubai and now live in France, Crozon area in Brittany.  I hope I can maintain my teaching there and certainly continue my self practice.

 

 

I am a mother of 3 who loves to set goals and work my way towards them.  I also love to help people in any way I can so they can achieve their goals.

 

 

I believe in "doing small things with great love"  and helping children who are less fortunate.  I support an orphanage in Gondar Ethiopia and yoga is one of the ways I raise money to help the disabled orphans there.
