Christine Bergsma is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Christine has also completed a 40 hour Yin Yoga Teacher training program through Sundara Yoga Studio with Angela Jervis-Read. In addition to yoga Christine is a certified Usui and Lightarian Reiki practitioner. Christine provides services at her home studio - Ajna Studio - in Barrie, Ontario
