Kang Xiao Jing is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Xiao Jing has been deeply devoted to Vinyasa Yoga Practice for over two decades. Xiao Jing has honed her skills and deepened her understanding of yoga, particularly in the dynamic and flowing style of Vinyasa. Her teaching style is distinguished by fluidity, mindfulness and creativity. Drawing from her vast experience and deep understanding in Vinyasa yoga, she leads her students through a dynamic sequence that synchronises breath and movement, fostering presence on the mat as well as encouraging students to explore their practice with curiosity and compassion. Through her teachings, Xiao Jing aims to inspire her students to connect with their inner wisdom, cultivate mindfulness and live authentically with purpose and intention.
